Join us for yoga and breakfast at the World of Whirlpool! Feel lighter and less weighed down in a mindful movement session led by EAT STRETCH NAP Yoga + Meditation Teachers and learn how to make a delicious homemade protein shake and a grain-free and refined sugar-free breakfast bar. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat! Beginners welcome!
