what does a day look like on an eat stretch nap retreat?

Imagine waking up to the sound of the ocean and soft light of the sunrise. Gently ease your body and mind into the day with a deep full body stretch, mindful movement, guided breathing, and all the hands-on adjustments your body craves. Afterward, eat as much as want during a buffet style organic breakfast…mm! The rest of the day is completely yours to choose what fits your style: you can chill out on the beach, hike through the jungle, kayak through the sea, perfect your watercolor skills, explore hidden waterfalls, zip line from tropical treetop to treetop, learn to surf, get an ocean-side massage that makes you feel like a thin mint, drink margaritas and eat chips + guac literally all day – it’s up to you! There’s so much to do!

We’ll close down the night together with a sweaty vinyasa yoga practice focused on strengthening your core followed by a workshop on how to incorporate Ayurvedic Self-Care into your normal day. Then you can freshen up in your open-air hot shower and put your party clothes on for a gourmet, Mexican-inspired dinner with all your new friends. Let the twinkling stars and gentle darkness seduce you into a gorgeous restful sleep – or stay up all night dancing to Despacito by Justin Bieber…it’s your choice! You do you :)

She is a Master Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainer of the nationwide chain, AIR® Aerial Fitness and a widely sought after corporate wellness consultant and speaker. Her passion for yoga stems from her contagious love for dance, holistic wellness and personal + professional development. Cat's fun loving + energetic personality, deep empathy, and gentle motivation create an extraordinary atmosphere of calm in all her classes and inspire her students to trust their inner wisdom and strength.

Brian Witten - 500 Hour AdvanceD Yoga Instructor Ayurvedic Practitioner + Functional Movement Specialist

Brian Witten is a Fitness and Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of study and practice in Kinesiology, Health + Exercise Science and Yoga. Brian's understanding of the human body and movement blends Western science and Eastern philosophy in a way that is unique + awe-inspiring. He incorporates traditional yoga techniques along with conscious movement practices to create deeply revealing experiences, transformative for both the body and mind. He believes that any health or fitness goal can be achieved with a practice of conscious movement to strengthen awareness + gain a deeper knowledge of self.
