focus + confidence

so you're ready to dominate the work week ahead – all while still having fun and hanging out.

Expect an inspiring talk, guided meditation, journaling, and socializing, all in under 60 minutes - cause we all got sh*t to do!

Come as you are and please bring your own journal + pen.

What's Sunday School about?

We're starting Sunday School because we wish there was somewhere we could go to get prepped for the week, clear our minds, and feel good on a Sunday without going to like “a whole thing,” or church, or something super spiritual, or zen. Of course, we could low-key meditate, journal and set intentions for the week on our own or with a coach, but we're craving the community, connection and the irl:

“I’m such a good person for being here” vibe😆

that used to come from going to church as kids - which hasn’t been a need, or want to do, for us for a long time. What we do want is to hang out with our friends and cool new people on a Sunday evening and just sit together, get our minds right for the work week ahead, and reframe our problems as opportunities without any religious or spiritual dogma.

This is where Sunday School was born! We all know "Sunday Scaries"/ anxieties suck, so we wanna end them. Not by running from them, but by tackling them head on! Together. So we can go to bed feeling less alone and overwhelmed, and instead sleep with confidence and a plan to dominate Monday, and every day after that.
